What a good combination, St Patricks Day and an Irish Pub in Port Douglas.

A pint of Guiness, a bottle of Shiraz and Pinot Grigio luricated the Irish Stew and Guiness Pie very nicely.

Good Irish feel with the music and decore.

Lunch at the Tin Shed With probably one of the best outlooks of any restaurant in Port Douglas the "Tin Shed" benefits from the new parklands at the waterfront created when the old buildings were demolished in 2012/3. 1 Jul 14. Meals were OK but lack the touches of a truly fine meal. Reasonably priced Chardonay at $23.50, light beer schooner at $4.60, Calamari with salad $14 and Beefburger & chips $15.50.
