Grown in the Shannonvale Valley by local man, Mark Bayne, Pink Champagne and Chartreuse finger limes are snap frozen when picked and delivered free in Mossman and Port Douglas.

Finger Limes enhance many dishes especially sea food and with 2 Fish being declared the best sea food restaurant in Australia this week expect to have those taste buds tested.
